Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 June 2026
This policy explains how Pragma handles information in connection with its website, demos and prototypes. Pragma is at a concept stage and is intended for evaluation only.
Do not submit real data. Please do not upload, enter or share any real, confidential, privileged, personal or client information. Demos and prototypes are provided solely to gather feedback on features that could be implemented, and should be used only with fictitious, non-sensitive data.
1. Information we may process
- Contact details you choose to give us (e.g. name, email) when you request access or contact us.
- Content you submit to a demo or prototype — which should be fictitious test data only.
- Basic usage and device data (e.g. pages viewed, approximate location, browser type) to operate and improve the Service.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, respond to enquiries, gather product feedback, maintain security, and comply with law. We rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in evaluating the product.
3. AI processing & data sharing
To produce drafts, research and other outputs, your inputs and documents may be transmitted to and processed by AI systems, including third-party AI service providers, and used to generate results. By using the Service you consent to this processing. Do not submit confidential, privileged, personal or sensitive information — such data may leave your environment and be handled subject to those providers’ terms.
4. Third-party cloud storage
If you connect Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox, documents remain in your own connected account; access is granted by you through the provider’s authorisation (OAuth) and may be revoked at any time. Your use of those services is governed by the respective provider’s terms and privacy policies.
5. Security & risk
No software, network or storage service is completely secure. Transmitting data over the internet and connecting third-party storage carry inherent risks, including unauthorised access, hacking, malware or viruses, account or server compromise, data breaches, and the corruption, leakage or permanent loss of data. We take reasonable measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security; you are responsible for your own backups.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable Indian law — including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — you may request access to, correction or erasure of, your personal data, and may withdraw consent. To exercise these, contact us.
7. Retention & changes
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date will change accordingly.
